Qure

Welcome to Qure. By accessing or using Qure’s services (including our websites, applications, and related tools), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use Qure.
Qure is a multi-hospital software platform that helps healthcare providers and patients manage appointments, queues, notifications, and related operational workflows. Features may include (depending on your hospital’s configuration and your role) online booking, queue status, staff dashboards, and communications tied to your care journey.
Qure may use automation and digital tools to support these workflows. Qure is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical judgment.
By using Qure, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms, or that a parent/guardian accepts on your behalf where required by law.
If you use Qure on behalf of a hospital, clinic, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to this Agreement.
Depending on your role and what your hospital enables, you may use Qure to:

Hospital and staff users must follow employer policies, professional obligations, and data-handling rules applicable to their role.
Your privacy matters. By using Qure, you acknowledge that personal data may be collected and processed to operate the service. Further detail should be provided in Qure’s Privacy Policy and your hospital’s notices, where they apply.
Without limiting the Privacy Policy, Qure may process:
Hospital responsibility: For many data categories, your hospital determines why and how data is processed in connection with care operations. Qure processes such data on behalf of or in coordination with the hospital as described in applicable agreements and policies.
Service providers: Qure may use subprocessors (e.g. hosting, messaging, email/SMS, analytics) under appropriate safeguards, subject to their terms and privacy policies where relevant.
Retention: Data may be retained as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and comply with hospital policies. Deletion may be subject to legal, clinical, or operational record-keeping requirements.
Security: We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Qure provides software and information workflows. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek qualified health providers for medical questions. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
Qure’s name, branding, software, documentation, and content (excluding user content and hospital content) are owned by Qure or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by law or with written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply only to the extent permitted.
We or your hospital may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or for security or operational reasons. You may stop using Qure at any time; some provisions survive termination.
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated Terms and adjust the effective date. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance, where permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using Qure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer or local rules require otherwise. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria, except where prohibited.
